Common use of Further Term Clause in Contracts

Further Term. 14.1 If there is not, at the time the Caretaker gives notice under this clause nor at the end of the Term, an outstanding breach of this Agreement by the Caretaker entitling the Body Corporate to terminate it, the Caretaker may by giving written notice to the Body Corporate not later than three calendar months nor earlier than six calendar months prior to the expiration of the Term, extend or renew this Agreement for the Further Term, otherwise upon the same conditions as are contained in this Agreement with the exception of this clause 14 which will be deleted. 14.2 No option may be exercised unless the option in a Related Agreement is exercised.
