(a) The School Council may at its discretion extend this Licence for one or more Further Term(s) if: (i) there is no unremedied breach of this Licence by the Licensee of which the School Council has given the Licensee notice; (ii) the Licensee has not persistently committed breaches of this Licence of which the School Council has given the Licensee notice; and (iii) the Licensee has made a written request for the renewal to the School Council, not earlier than six
