Further Progression. Progression from step 6 of the Graduate to Experienced Clinicians’ scale to step 7 of the Advanced Clinician/Advanced Practitioner/ Designated Positions’ scale shall be through operation of the salary progression process detailed in the appendix and the specific criteria outlined in the Progression Criteria for Dietitians. Progression to the Advanced Clinician/Advanced Practitioner scale shall denote an extension in the requirements of the position and will require comparable duties and skills to other positions on that scale as well as with other comparable positions. This progression is personal to employee and may not necessarily apply to any replacement.
