Common use of Further Performance Clause in Contracts

Further Performance. Each party shall, whenever and as often as it shall be requested by the other party, execute, acknowledge and deliver, or cause to be executed, acknowledged and delivered, such further instruments and documents, including supplemental escrow instructions, as may be reasonably necessary in order to complete the sale, conveyance and transfer herein provided and to do any and all things as may be requested in order to carry out the intent and purpose of this Agreement.
