Further Performance. Each party shall, whenever and as often as it shall be requested by the other party, execute, acknowledge and deliver, or cause to be executed, acknowledged and delivered, such further instruments and documents, including supplemental escrow instructions, as may be reasonably necessary in order to complete the sale, conveyance and transfer herein provided and to do any and all things as may be requested in order to carry out the intent and purpose of this Agreement.
Further Performance. Borrower, whenever and as often as they shall be requested by Bank, shall execute, acknowledge and deliver, or cause to be executed, acknowledged and delivered such further instruments and documents and to do any and all things as may be requested in order to carry out the intent and purpose of this Agreement and the other Loan Documents.
Further Performance. The Partners covenant and agree to ------------------- execute any further instruments and documents and perform acts which are or may become necessary to carry out the purposes of this Agreement.
