Field Audits and Examination Reports; Confidentiality; Disclaimers by Lenders; Other Reports and Information By becoming a party to this Agreement, each Lender:
Administrative Agent May File Bankruptcy Disclosure and Proofs of Claim In case of the pendency of any proceeding under any Debtor Relief Laws relative to any Loan Party, Administrative Agent (irrespective of whether the principal of any Loan shall then be due and payable as herein expressed or by declaration or otherwise and irrespective of whether Administrative Agent shall have made any demand on Borrower) shall be entitled and empowered (but not obligated) by intervention in such proceeding or otherwise:
Provision of Information Necessary for Preparation of Securities Registration Statements, Amendments and Other Materials The Manager, its officers and employees will make available and provide accounting and statistical information required by the Fund in the preparation of registration statements, reports and other documents required by federal and state securities laws and with such information as the Fund may reasonably request for use in the preparation of such documents or of other materials necessary or helpful for the underwriting and distribution of the Fund’s shares.
Company to Furnish Trustee Names and Addresses of Holders The Company will furnish or cause to be furnished to the Trustee:
Evidence of Debt Register Lenders Books and Records Notes (a) Each Lender shall maintain on its internal records an account or accounts evidencing the Indebtedness of Company to such Lender, including the amounts of the Loans made by it and each repayment and prepayment in respect thereof. Any such recordation shall be conclusive and binding on Company, absent manifest error; provided, failure to make any such recordation, or any error in such recordation, shall not affect any Lender's Facility Commitments or Company's Obligations in respect of any applicable Loans; and provided further, in the event of any inconsistency between the Register and any Lender's records, the recordations in the Register shall govern.
Financial Information, Reports, Notices, etc The Borrower will furnish, or will cause to be furnished, to each Lender and the Agent copies of the following financial statements, reports, notices and information:
L/C Issuer Reports to the Administrative Agent Unless otherwise agreed by the Administrative Agent, each L/C Issuer shall, in addition to its notification obligations set forth elsewhere in this Section 2.03, provide the Administrative Agent a Letter of Credit Report, as set forth below:

Authority of Administrative Agent to Release Collateral and Liens Each Lender and the Issuing Bank hereby authorizes the Administrative Agent to release any collateral that is permitted to be sold or released pursuant to the terms of the Loan Documents. Each Lender and the Issuing Bank hereby authorizes the Administrative Agent to execute and deliver to the Borrower, at the Borrower’s sole cost and expense, any and all releases of Liens, termination statements, assignments or other documents reasonably requested by the Borrower in connection with any sale or other disposition of Property to the extent such sale or other disposition is permitted by the terms of Section 9.12 or is otherwise authorized by the terms of the Loan Documents.
Maintenance of Records by the Administrative Agent The Administrative Agent shall maintain records in which it shall record (i) the amount and Currency of each Loan made hereunder, the Class and Type thereof and each Interest Period therefor, (ii) the amount and Currency of any principal or interest due and payable or to become due and payable from the Borrower to each Lender of such Class hereunder and (iii) the amount and Currency of any sum received by the Administrative Agent hereunder for account of the Lenders and each Lender’s share thereof.
