Common use of Funding the Settlement Clause in Contracts

Funding the Settlement. Within fourteen (14) calendar days of the Effective Final Settlement Date, Defendants shall deposit the Gross Settlement Amount of One Hundred and Sixty Thousand Dollars ($160,000.00) plus any applicable employer-side payroll taxes into the QSF (as defined below).
