Funding Decreases or Increases. During any fiscal year hereunder, SUD program funds from the Payor to the Provider specified in Subsection A of this Section in this Agreement may be increased or decreased for that fiscal year, through a written request for a change in program funding to the Chief Executive Officer as specified by MSHN funding request process.
