Common use of Funding Accounts Clause in Contracts

Funding Accounts. The Administrative Agent shall have received a notice setting forth the deposit accounts of the U.S. Borrowers and the Canadian Borrower (the “Funding Accounts”) to which the Administrative Agent is authorized by the Borrowers to transfer the proceeds of any Borrowings requested or authorized pursuant to this Agreement.

Funding Accounts. The Administrative Agent shall have received a notice setting forth the deposit accounts account of the U.S. US Borrowers and the Canadian Borrower (the “US Funding AccountsAccount”) and the deposit account of the Canadian Borrowers (the “Canadian Funding Account”) to which the Administrative Agent is authorized by the US Borrowers and the Canadian Borrowers to transfer the proceeds of any Borrowings by the US Borrowers or the Canadian Borrowers requested or authorized pursuant to this Agreement.

The Administrative Agent Agents shall have received a notice setting forth the deposit accounts of the U.S. Borrowers US Borrower (the “US Borrower Funding Account”) and the Canadian Borrower (the “Canadian Borrower Funding AccountsAccount”) to which the Administrative Agent is US Lenders or the Canadian Lenders, as applicable, are authorized by the Borrowers relevant Borrower to transfer the proceeds of any Borrowings requested or authorized pursuant to this Agreement.
