Common use of Funding Account Clause in Contracts

Funding Account. (a) No later than the Closing Date, the Indenture Trustee shall establish and maintain on behalf of itself one or more segregated trust accounts, which shall be Eligible Accounts, titled "Funding Account, Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., xx Indenture Trustee for GMACM Home Equity Loan Trust 2004-HE4" (the "Funding Account"). The Indenture Trustee shall establish within the Funding Account a sub-account, titled "Reserve Sub-Account," as set forth in Section 3.17 of this Agreement. On each Payment Date during the Revolving Period, the Servicer shall withdraw from the Custodial Account and deposit into the Funding Account (but not the Reserve Sub-Account) the aggregate amount of Principal Collections remaining after the purchase of all Additional Balances or Subsequent Mortgage Loans on or prior to such Payment Date.
