Funded Projects. In the event such Turbine Purchase Credit Event occurs after the second anniversary of the Closing Date, at least three Subsequent Projects and all Initial Projects shall be Funded Projects.

Funded Projects. (a) In the event such Turbine Purchase Credit Event occurs after the first anniversary of the Closing Date, at least ten Initial Projects shall be Funded Projects.
