Functionality. CultureAI may update and enhance the functionality of the platform from time to time but will ensure that: (i) it includes the modules selected in the order form and (ii) functionality or performance of the platform is not degraded unless agreed with client in advance. Other than as specified in the SLA, CultureAI will ensure that the platform is available for use by client at all times.
