Common use of Full-time work Clause in Contracts

Full-time work. 16.1 If you work Full-time, you will be engaged to work 38 hours per week, plus reasonable additional hours, on up to ten (10) out of fourteen (14) days, Monday to Sunday. 16.2 As a Full-time employee you may be engaged by ALDI as either a Salaried Employee or an Hourly Rate Employee. 17.1 If you work Part-time, you will be engaged to work fewer than 38 hours per week on average. 17.2 As a Part-time Employee you will receive the pro-rata entitlements of a Full-time employee under this Agreement. 17.3 As a Part-time Employee, you may be engaged by ALDI as either a Salaried Employee or an Hourly Rate Employee.
