Common use of Full-Time Status Clause in Contracts

Full-Time Status. An employee not covered by Section 8.02 Full-Time Employee who has worked an average of at least thirty-six (36) hours per week during a thirteen (13) consecutive week period shall be provided the title of fulltime status. An employee’s fulltime status title shall be notated on the posted schedule.

Full-Time Status. An employee’s fulltime 's full-time status title shall be notated on the posted schedule. Employees who meet these criteria shall be considered full-time for the purpose of their employment status only.
