Common use of Full-Time Regular Employees Clause in Contracts

Full-Time Regular Employees. A full-time regular employee is any person employed on a full-time permanent basis whose duties fall within the bargaining unit as defined in Article 2.01, of this Agreement and who has completed the probationary period as defined in Article 5.01.

Full-Time Regular Employees. A full-time regular employee Full Time Regular Employee is any a person who is employed on a full-full time permanent basis whose duties fall within the bargaining unit as defined in Article 2.01, of this Agreement and who has completed the probationary period period. Full Time Regular Employees shall be covered by all of the terms and conditions of this agreement except those which apply specifically and exclusively to part time regular employees or casual employees as defined in Article 5.01the case may be.
