Common use of Full-Time Employment Clause in Contracts

Full-Time Employment. (a) A full-time Employee is an Employee who is engaged to work an average of 36 ordinary hours per week. (b) Full-time Employees will be paid the all-purpose weekly rate of pay specified in Appendix A for the relevant classification.
