Full-Time Bargaining Unit. Sunbeam recognizes the Ontario Nurses' Association as the bargaining agent of all registered and graduate nurses employed in the nursing capacity by Sunbeam Community & Developmental Services at Kitchener, save and except the Residential Life Supervisor, persons above the rank of Residential Life Supervisor and persons regularly employed for not more than twenty-four (24) hours per week.
