Common use of Full-Time and Part-Time Status Clause in Contracts

Full-Time and Part-Time Status. (a) A full-time position shall exist for all purposes of the Collective Agreement when an employee has worked an average of thirty-six (36) hours per week for thirteen (13) consecutive weeks (exclusive of replacement hours caused by the absence of a full-time employee on W.C.B., W.I., L.T.D., or leave of absence to a maximum of six (6) months) or maternity and parental leaves up to a maximum of fifty-two (52) weeks. Such full-time position shall be filled in accordance with Article 11.7.
