Common use of Full Season Packages Clause in Contracts

Full Season Packages. In order to reserve the Site for the entire season, CLIENT must pay to TAILGATE GUYS fifty percent (50%) of the Package Price immediately. If payment is not made within seven (7) days of the execution of this Agreement, CLIENT may not be able to reserve the Site. The balance of the Package Price shall be due on the July 15 preceding the applicable football season. If the order is on or after June 15, the entire balance of the Package Price shall be immediately due and payable. If any payment due has not been received within seven (7) days of its due date , TAILGATE GUYS reserves the right to terminate this Agreement. If any payment is made by credit card, e-check or ACH, TAILGATE GUYS may, but shall not be required to, automatically process the payment for any remainder of the Package Price at any time on or after July 15th, and CLIENT hereby authorizes such charges.
