Full Force and Effect; Conflicts. Except as expressly provided in this Amendment, the terms and conditions of the Agreement shall remain in full force and effect. Whenever there is a conflict between any of the provisions in this Amendment and the Agreement, the provisions of this Amendment shall be deemed to govern and control.
