Full Fare Class. 1.3.4.1. Flexibility a) Route, date, and time changes: Changes can be made without a change fee. Passengers shall only be responsible for the difference in fares, if any. Changes must be made within the same Fare class purchased in the original sale. Changes from one Fare class to another are not permitted (e.g., going from a Full Fare to a Plus Fare). Changes can be made until three (3) hours before the flight departs. After that time, Passengers cannot make any changes. They may only request the refund of the boarding fees and taxes paid in accordance with the laws of each country, with the exception of changes to later flights, which can be requested until two (2) hours before the time of the scheduled flight, subject to the conditions established in point 3.5 of these Special Conditions. b) Name changes: Passenger name changes can be made at no charge. These changes can only be requested through the Contact Center up to forty-eight (48) hours before the flight’s departure, and must meet the requirements established in point 3.3 of these Special Conditions. c) This Fare class may only be purchased at the time of the original sale. d) When making a change, all additional products or services purchased will be transferred to the new flight.
