LIABILITY LIMITS ON TRANSPORTATION. A. If a Passenger’s trip begins and ends in the same country, the liability for the transportation service for Passengers and/or Baggage, as well as the liability in case or death or bodily injuries suffered by the Passenger and/or loss of, or delay or damage to the baggage, and the liability limits on all of the foregoing, shall be regulated by the applicable laws in force in said country. If a Passenger’s trip is international, it shall be subject to the Convention or any other relevant international laws, as applicable.
B. In the case of high-value items and electronic devices (including, but not limited to, computers, cash, jewels, medications, documents, and personal belongings of value), Passengers shall transport these objects as a Personal Item or Carry-on Bag (as applicable) in order to keep them in their possession at all times.
