Full‐Day Programs Clause Samples
The 'Full Day Programs' clause defines the terms and conditions governing programs or services that are scheduled to run for an entire day. Typically, this clause outlines the expected start and end times, what constitutes a 'full day,' and may specify inclusions such as meals, breaks, or supervision during the program. By clearly delineating what is covered under a full day program, this clause helps prevent misunderstandings about the scope of services provided and ensures both parties have aligned expectations regarding duration and included amenities.
Full‐Day Programs. Full Day Enrichment programs must be offered on non‐student contact days based on the SACC Operational Calendar as provided by CCPS. Programs may be offered at selected Provider(s) sites as approved by CCPS. Full day programs shall adhere to the following:
i. The provider will coordinate with CCPS to identify locations that will be open for full‐day enrichment programs.
ii. All sites will operate from 6:30 am to 6:30 pm.
iii. School‐aged students may attend the full‐day program at his/her school. If for whatever reason, a full‐day program is not being offered at the child’s enrolled school, then he/she may attend an alternate location of any provider. A parent/caregiver choosing to have his/her child attend an alternate provider will be charged the annual enrollment fee as well as the full‐day rate.
