Common use of Fuel Plan Clause in Contracts

Fuel Plan. Delivery to Administrative Agent of a plan prepared by an Affiliate of NRG Energy with respect to fuel, which plan shall (a) set forth Borrower's good faith assessment of the fuel requirements, costs and sources for the relevant Subject Project and (b) be substantially in the form of Exhibit G-11 hereto and otherwise satisfactory in form and substance to the Technical Committee and the Fuel Consultant.
