Frontex. If the sub-Processor does not fulfil his data protection obligations, the Contractor shall remain fully liable to Frontex as regards the fulfilment of the obligations of the sub-Processor. This does not affect the rights of the data subjects under the Regulation 2018/1725 and GDPR – against Frontex and the Processor, including the sub-Processor.
