Common use of Frivolous Allegations Clause in Contracts

Frivolous Allegations. The pursuit of frivolous allegations through this complaint procedure has a detrimental effect on the spirit and intent for which this article was rightfully developed and should be discouraged. In the event that the complaint was found to have been made in bad faith, in reprisal, frivolously or with malicious intent, the person making the complaint may be subject to disciplinary action, up to and including dismissal.
