Frequency Protection. Company shall provide frequency protection within the aviation air/ground VHF frequency band and the UHF frequency band in accordance with restrictions promulgated by the Federal Aviation Administration for the vicinity of the FAA Remote Receiver Facility, Transmitter Facility or Aids to Air Navigation.
