Common use of Freight Elevators Clause in Contracts

Freight Elevators. Landlord shall, consistent with its obligations to other tenants of the Building, make the freight elevator reasonably available to Tenant in connection with initial decorating, furnishing and moving into the Premises.

In connection with the construction of the Improvements in the Premises, Landlord shall provide the non-exclusive use of the freight elevator and loading dock, subject to reasonably prior scheduling by Landlord, during both normal business hours and after-hours, for the loading of materials into the Premises.
