Common use of Free Days Clause in Contracts

Free Days. (a) For non-working days on tour, or for musicians based outside Northern Ireland who are required to remain in Northern Ireland during an engagement, 60% of the musician’s actual performing fee will be paid (see Clause 2), in addition to all other payments. (b) For a non-working travel day where the Society provides transport, returning to the musician’s normal centre of employment before 1330 will be without additional payment.
