Frauds. 14-114. Fraudulent disposal of personal property on which there is a security interest.
Frauds. Neither the Company, the Subsidiaries, nor, to the Company’s Knowledge, any Stockholder or current officer or director of the Company or any Subsidiary has identified or been made aware of any fraud in relation with the Company or any of its Subsidiary, whether or not material, that involves the Company’s or any Subsidiary’s management, the Stockholders or other current or former employees, officers, directors, managers, consultants, members or stockholders of the Company or any Subsidiary who have a role in the preparation of financial statements or the internal accounting controls, if any, utilized by the Company and the Subsidiaries, or any claim or allegation regarding any of the foregoing.

  • Fraudulent Claims If any claim under this Agreement is in any respect fraudulent, all benefits payable and/or paid in relation to that claim shall be forfeited and if deemed appropriate, recoverable, respectively.
