Fraud Prevention & Whistleblower Protection i. The Supplier must comply with its obliga- tions, if any, under the SPREP Fraud Pre- vention & Whistleblower Protection Pol- icy. SPREP will ensure that the Supplier has access to this policy prior to execution of the Agreement, and the Supplier may make enquiries of SPREP around the ap- plication of, or updates to, the policy at any time during the Agreement period. ii.   • Whistleblower Protections The Party shall not discriminate or retaliate against one of its employees or agents for disclosing information concerning a violation of law, fraud, waste, abuse of authority or acts threatening health or safety, including but not limited to allegations concerning the False Claims Act. Further, the Party shall not require such employees or agents to forego monetary awards as a result of such disclosures, nor should they be required to report misconduct to the Party or its agents prior to reporting to any governmental entity and/or the public.

  • Fraud Prevention A. To screen its employees and contractors to determine if they have been excluded from Medicare, Medicaid or any federal or state health care program. The Contractor agrees to search monthly the HHS-Office of Inspector General ("OIG") and Texas Health and Human Services Commission Office of Inspector General ("HHSC-OIG") List of Excluded Individuals/Entities ("LEIE") websites to capture exclusions and reinstatements that have occurred since the last search and to immediately report to HHSC-OIG any exclusion information the Contractor discovers. Exclusionary searches for prospective employees and contractors shall be performed prior to employment or contracting.
