Fraud, etc. Nothing in this Agreement shall have the effect of limiting or restricting the liability of the Company in respect of any claim which arises or is increased, or to the extent to which it arises or is increased, as a consequence of or as a result of fraud, wilful misconduct, wilful concealment, or gross negligence by the Company.
