Common use of Four Clause in Contracts

Four. 3Metering . At Seller’s expense, Seller shall, or shall cause Project Company to, (a) in the case of Front of the Meter Project, obtain and maintain a single CAISO Resource ID dedicated exclusively to the Project and install all necessary metering and telemetry required by the CAISO to deliver the Product and (b) in the case of Behind the Meter Project, install, or shall cause the Customers in Seller’s Portfolio to install all necessary metering and telemetry required by the CAISO to deliver the Product.
