Common use of Four Weeks Clause in Contracts

Four Weeks. Employees having twenty-five (25) years or more of continuous employment as of their anniversary date, shall receive a vacation of four (4) weeks, with vacation pay computed on the basis of eight percent (8%) of their earnings as hereinafter defined.
