Forms - General. Subject to (b) and (d) below, Bank shall design, determine the terms and conditions (other than those related to the Rewards Program) of, and generate and deliver to Cardholders, at its expense, the [*], and other documents and forms to be used under the Program which (i) relate to the Program, (ii) relate to Bank’s and/or the Cardholder’s obligations, (iii) are used by Bank in maintaining and servicing the Accounts; or (iv) are required by Applicable Law (collectively, “Forms”).
