The successful contractor must keep site records regarding the part/full occupational qualification learners’, trade qualification learners’, work integrated learners’ or candidates’ (delete that which is not applicable) progress, site attendance, hours worked and other relevant information as required by the Standard. The successful contractor shall submit to the employer’s representative a baseline training plan in the specified format (Pro-forma A2) for the part/full occupational qualification learners, trade qualification learners, work integrated learners, candidates (delete that which is not applicable) within 30 days of start of the contract.
