Common use of Forms and Procedures Clause in Contracts

Forms and Procedures. All existing forms and procedures used by Contractor in implementation of the provisions of this Agreement are deemed “approved” by County for purposes of this Paragraph 67. Any new forms and procedures which materially affect Contractor’s performance of this Agreement shall be subject to review and approval by County prior to use by Contractor.
