Common use of Former Employer Information Clause in Contracts

Former Employer Information. The Executive agrees that he will not, during his employment with the Company, improperly use or disclose any proprietary information or trade secrets, or bring onto the premises of the Company any unpublished document or proprietary information belonging to any former or concurrent employer or other person or entity (excluding Chuanglian and any other direct or indirect subsidiary of the Company).

Former Employer Information.
