Restrictions on Interfering. (a) Non-Competition. During the Restricted Period, I shall not, directly or indirectly, individually or on behalf of any Person, company, enterprise, or entity, or as a sole proprietor, partner, shareholder, member, director, officer, principal, agent, or executive, or in any other capacity or relationship, engage in any Competitive Activities or assist others in engaging in any Competitive Activities within the United States, or any other jurisdiction in which a member of the Company Group is engaged in business.
Restrictions on Interfering. I acknowledge and agree that the covenants contained in this Section 5 are in addition to, and not in lieu of, any similar restrictions that may exist in the Operating Agreement (as defined in the Employment Agreement), and to the extent I am a party to such Operating Agreement, the Company may elect to enforce the covenants contained therein without limiting the Company’s rights to enforce the covenants contained herein.
Restrictions on Interfering. During the Service Period and the Post-Termination Non-Compete Period, I shall not serve as an officer, director, employee, consultant or advisor to any insurance company that engages in Competitive Activity with the Company Group.
