I agree Employee hereby agrees that I he will not, during my employment with the CompanyEmployee’s Service, improperly use or disclose any proprietary information or trade secrets of any his former or concurrent employer employers or other person or entity companies, if any, and that I he will not bring onto the premises of make available to the Company any unpublished document or proprietary information any property belonging to any such employerhis former or concurrent employers or companies, person or entity if any, unless consented to in writing by such employer, person said employers or entitycompanies.
