Formative. 1. To help identify struggling teachers early, all teachers shall receive a minimum of one formal formative observation by the last work day in October or the end of the first quarter, whichever occurs later. 2. In order to ensure immediate feedback, copies of formative observation forms shall be given to teachers no later than the end of the school day following the day of the formative observation. 3. A Formative Observation shall not be less than fifteen (15) minutes.
