Formative Teaching Evaluations. OC may conduct teaching evaluations in order to assess teaching performance for the purpose of developing and maintaining a high standard of teaching effectiveness. The teaching evaluations and their administration shall be in accordance with the provisions of LETTER OF UNDERSTANDING #1.
