Common use of FORMAT STANDARDS Clause in Contracts

FORMAT STANDARDS. DCH will provide to the Contractor its standards for formatting all Reports requested of the Contractor. DCH will require that all Reports be submitted electronically. DCH and Contractor agree that any change (new or revised standards) to Contractor’s Reports which is set forth in Amendment 12 to the Contract (new or revised standards) shall not become effective until January 1, 2012.
