Common use of Formal Level 2 Clause in Contracts

Formal Level 2. If the grievance has not been settled at Level 1 and the grievant wishes to appeal, such a request shall be made to the Superintendent in writing within five (5) working days after receipt of the written decision at Level 1. Within ten (10) working days, the Superintendent shall give a written response to the Grievant.

Formal Level 2. If the grievance has not been settled at Level 1 and the grievant wishes to appeal, such a request shall be made to the Superintendent in writing within five (5) working days after receipt of the written decision at Level 1. Within ten (10) working days, the Superintendent shall give a written response to the Grievant. The grievance may not be amended after the Superintendent's level.
