Formal Level 2. If the Association is not satisfied with the disposition of the grievance at ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇, or if no disposition has been made within five (5) working days of receipt of the disposition, the grievance shall be submitted to the Superintendent. Within five (5) working days after the grievance has been so submitted, the Superintendent shall meet with the Employee and/or the Association on the grievance.
