Common use of Form of This Agreement Clause in Contracts

Form of This Agreement. This Agreement and any other document or instrument to be furnished hereunder are in proper form under the laws of The Netherlands for the enforcement thereof against the Company, and to ensure the legality, validity, enforceability or admissibility into evidence in The Netherlands of this Agreement and any other document or instrument to be furnished hereunder, it is not necessary that any such document or instrument to be furnished hereunder be filed or recorded with any court or other authority in The Netherlands.
