Form of Share Certificate. Each share certificate issued by the Company must comply with, and be signed as required by, the Business Corporations Act. The directors may, by resolution, provide that; (a) the shares of any or all of the classes and series of the Company’s shares must be uncertificated shares; or (b) any specified shares must be uncertificated shares. Within reasonable time after the issue or transfer of a share that is an uncertificated share, the Company must send to the shareholder a written notice in accordance with the Business Corporations Act.
