Form of Insurance Coverage. Aridis shall, at all times during the term of this Agreement, obtain and maintain at its own cost and expense, comprehensive commercial general liability insurance, and other insurance as may be commercially appropriate from time to time, with respect to its activities hereunder and insuring against risks therefrom.
