Common use of Form of Documentation Clause in Contracts

Form of Documentation. Each of the Credit Documents is in proper legal form (under the laws of England, the Bahamas, the Isle of Man, Bermuda and each other jurisdiction where the Collateral Vessel is flagged or where the Credit Parties are domiciled) for the enforcement thereof under such laws. To ensure the legality, validity, enforceability or admissibility in evidence of each such Credit Document in England, the Bahamas, the Isle of Man and/or Bermuda it is not necessary that any Credit Document or any other document be filed or recorded with any court or other authority in England, the Bahamas, the Isle of Man and/or Bermuda, except as have been made, or will be made, in accordance with Sections 5, 6, 7 and 8, as applicable.
