Common use of Form of Application Clause in Contracts

Form of Application. The Design-Builder shall periodically submit to the Program Manager an Application for Payment on the form set forth in Exhibit K for each payment requested, and, if requested by the Owner or Program Manager, shall attach backup materials including, but not limited to, receipts or other vouchers, showing his payments for materials and labor, including payments previously made to Subcontractors.
